Ron Ortiz, President
Ron is a well rounded leader with experience in managing large information technology operations and projects.  Prior to joining Anexeon, Ron served as Director of IT Operations for Cirque du Soleil where he managed the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions and projects for all permanent shows operating in the US.  During his tenure with Cirque du Soleil, he successfully met the challenge of implementing three multi-million dollar productions in just three years.  Ron also served as Director of Information Technology for Santa Fe Station, Information Technology Manager for Texas Station, and Senior Network Engineer for Station Casinos.  Ron is originally from New York City where he was a Senior IT Specialist for UPS.  He also served in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician during Operation Desert Storm in 1990.  Ron also maintains a number of technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate, and CompTIA Network+.  In addition, Ron has earned a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration.  He is very active in his community serving as President of El Capitan Ranch homeowners association and as Assistant Cubmaster of Pack 204, Las Vegas Boys Scouts.
 
Curt Miller, Senior Partner
Curt has a strong background in business operations, human resources and organizational development. In the 1980s he held a full time lectureship position for 11 years at UNLV while managing the computer networks for the College of Fine and Performing Arts. During the 1990's he owned an entertainment/music contracting business that provided talent for the Steve Wynn properties - Mirage, Golden Nugget and Treasure Island. Simultaneously, he taught executive leadership classes and did hundreds of public speaking engagements for Rapport Leadership International as a certified Master Trainer. In 1995 he became General Manager for the organization and was later promoted to CEO. Curt and Michael founded Anexeon in 2002, and the company grew very quickly.  After a division of Anexeon was purchased in 2006, Curt served two years as Chief Operating Officer for CommPartners, a 49 state Competitive Local Exchange Carrier specializing in Voice over IP telephony. In 2007, Curt was the recipient of the Distinguished Alumni award from the UNLV College of Fine and Performing Arts. As an Airline Transport rated pilot, Curt uses his twin engine aircraft to service clients in the Southwest that would normally be unreachable without an aircraft.

Michael McGhee, Senior Partner
Michael is an experienced information technology leader, especially in the delivery of complex networking solutions and wireless networks. Michael was previously the Vice President of Application and Network Services at Advanced Cyber Solutions where he developed and led the enterprise networking and wireless business units for the company. Under his leadership, the company deployed hundreds of enterprise network and wireless systems, and expanded into several vertical markets. Michael was also Director of Administrative Computing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, leading the campus administrative application and networking efforts. Michael founded Anexeon with Curt in 2002, and several years later a division of Anexeon was purchased by a national VoIP telephone company.  Michael spent the next two and a half years as VP of Business Development for that company.  Earlier in his career, Michael worked at the Nevada Test Site in support of the U.S. Department of Energy's nuclear testing program. Michael possesses a strong working knowledge of information and network systems and maintains a passion for customer service.
