As a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, we are required to collect customer satisfaction surveys administered and analyzed by a third party. We are proud to share our customer satisfaction scores for 2009. The NSAT row is a "Net Satisfaction" score which summarizes all the different categories into an overall satisfaction score. This table also compares us to the other Microsoft Partners nationwide.
